EXAMS ARE NEAR!!!
Exams are reaching in less than 2 weeks!!!!
Tips to keep yourself away from stress:
1) Always remember to start studying way way before exam period. This is to make yourself well prepared.
2) Sleep early. Have enough sleep to prepare your mind to remember more things and also to be able to wake up early when needed.
3) Exercise. Its good to exercise when you think that its too much to handle. Relax yourself and start again. Doing things that you enjoy doing helps too! :)
4) Drink lots of water and eats lots of fruit. Keep your body healthy. A good skin complextion gives oneself confidence.
