*Charmaine's Story*

so sad no one went to the concert last saturday night, onli half of the santuary filled and most is our own church members...so disappointed, we have expected the whole place to be filled and we printed over a few thousands of the handout and therefore wasted a handfull caus eno one came...but it was still quite fun cause the elder sisters and brothers from my class came and were very active...we sang abt 12 songs...thirsty...we invited a school choir to our concert to give us a performance...they were great -- they sang 3 songs, about 43 pupils? abt the number of pupils in a class but actually should have 70 plus one but cause most are P1 so unable to join...song dunno how to sing mah...the songs they sing were the songs they sang for SYF[ Singapore Youth Festival Central ] central judging and you know what they got? they got what onli 3 schools could get -- a gold with honour...not bad sia......! it was an eye opening performance......4 of our choir members performed instruments...2 on piano...1 on violin plus temborine...and 1 which is my brother beat the drums...the piano and violin performance was my favourite... when the concert was almost over, the elder brothers shouted out 'ENCORE' , our instuctor was stunned but what can she do? so we sang again one of the songs sang but right after the song was sang they call another time 'ENCORE' not bad? sing another song again but this time round right after we sang the song the 2 MC quickly run to the mike and say goodnight bye bye so as not tohave another 'ENCORE' thingy if not the concert will be never ending one lor.... wa... so tiring sing so many songs thirsty lao plus cause you all noe i short mah so i got to where a 4cm high black high heel shoe to make myself taller cause i standing at the last row than the one standing beside me very tall mah....wa make my leg very sour very tiring... i wanted to take it off on the stage liao...but later very pai se so never la...although onli half the place filled but it was a fun and wonderful night......
